First week individually in host families to receive an impression of everyday life in a German family.
During the two following weeks then participants will stay together in a youth hostel in Lübeck and make excursions to places representing the history, culture and economy oft he area between Hamburg, Lübeck and Schwerin. Of course there will be time for fun activities and sports as well.

Intensive Tennis camp for young ambitious tennis players who are practicing regularly and participate in tournaments. Aims are to improve technique, tactic and physical strength of the participants.
The program focuses on improving tennis-skills and includes daily ten-nis-units on the court (outside clay, inside granulate), fitness, mental-coaching, physio, etc.. The camp is only suitable for players at high level who are used to practise regularly and like to work hard for their goal.
Practicing includes exercises with Headcoach Petra Schwarz-Ritter, a former WTA 52 professional tennis player.
Apart from playing Tennis the program includes other sport activities such as
running, swimming and also sightseeing and discovering Austria`s culture.

challenging canoe trip that you will find both enjoyable and rewarding. We will prepare you to successfully complete a 200-kilometre canoe trip in two-person, aluminum canoes. You will be expected to fully participate in all aspects of the camping/canoeing trip including cooking, setting up tents, paddling, and of course, carrying equipment and canoes over the seven portages (the longest being 2.0 km). OpenInitiation to sailing and discovery of the Catalan coast.
Learn sailing bases and visit the beautiful Catalan coast from France to Spain. The objective is to ride along the coast from Port-la-Nouvelle (Aude) to Rosas (Spain) in a modern boat 50 feet long equipped with 2 double cabins, 1 cabin for 3 persons and 2 showers, possible additional shower outside.
Supervised by a professional skipper, as well as by a Rotarian.

During these fourteen days you will be guided to discover our region, through trekking on the beautiful mountains of Lake Como and the surrounding areas of it. Two-days excursions in the mountains of the regions, up to 2.500 mt in Val Biandino and to Monte San Primo (1.800 mt) will be the most important events during the two weeks. Various programs in Istanbul to introduce this “Queen of the Cities” as it was once
called in the Middle Ages. In 3 days of the program, we will visit historical sites on
the Istanbul peninsula. In the remaining days, we will swim in the sea, take a boat
tour, wander around the touristic areas of the city and the Bosphorus and have
free time. The club meeting will be held on Thursday evening during the week we
plan the trip. Our guests and their host families will also attend this meeting. The
guest students will make a presentation introducing their own countries. After the
meeting, the guest students will be given a certificate and a club flag for their
participation in the camp.
